The Beach
There is a place where one can ponder
About things man may wonder
Here there is peace and beauty
Calmness and serenity
Streams of living water reflecting the sun's beauty
You see things hidden from the ground
That makes you seem to understand
Baffling moments in your life and mine
Ready to face daily realities once again
And even dream of things yet to come
This place is meant for people
Bridging culture for you and for me!
When you swim with the creatures underneath the sea
They think you are a foreign body
Disturbing their domain it seems to be
You get something to feed their belly
To make them satisfied and happy
They begin to dance and play with you
But after a while they bit you
And with their tail they hit you
As you see the red marks all over your body
Your mind goes back to the Savior of all
And you say it is all right to endure the pain of being bitten
Man does the same thing after all
Oh this place is extremely good and delightful
Now you see what you cannot see
You hope for the impossible to be
Love creatures whom you cannot love
This place God has meant for you and me
And it has a name called: The Beach!”
