MERRY CHRISTMAS
We were born to live but Christ our Lord was born to die in order to redeem us. A light of hope has dawned on us for "God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten son " to save us from eternal damnation. Let us fathom the true meaning of Christmas: the total self-giving of Jesus, born in a manger in that little town of Bethlehem. Only if we give ourselves will we find life with a capital "L". The acceptance of God's Word made flesh will enable us all, in spite of the sufferings and tribulations our fellow Filipinos encountered in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan, to make our Christmas MERRY!
